Folks I am going golfing today. I am playing a par 28 executive par 3 course.

I have worked on my golf game for many years, and all the stuff I’ve taught you about lifting and running works in golf too.

I think the key is to open up your stance to give your club face plenty of space to sweep smoothly through the ball.

Pace of the backswing and “staying on plane” are CRUCIAL for good ball striking.

I also use relaxation techniques from Bud Winter’s “Relax and Win” book. He helped WW2 fighter pilots relax, sleep, and rest between missions. Amazing book.
