If you’re over 30, just use weightlifting straps

Hello GarageGymBoss fans. I just got done with my little lift today, and the wisdom I divined today was that you should just use straps when lifting Bent Over Row with EZ Curl Bar (for better grip ergo). The advantage of not having to worry about dropping the bar allows you to get your sets in the 10+ range which is good for building volume in your training.
