You Don’t Need Full Range of Motion

A lot of beginner-intermediate lifters will criticize newbies in a gym and tell them that they aren’t doing full range of motion reps.

There is a good reason to not worry too much about your range of motion when training.

The main idea is just to get a lot of phyical work in. Half range pushups or bench press for high reps and at high SPEED make a huge difference in growing muscle size and also in developing explosion and speed in your movements.

As always, if possible, I recommend you start building out your own home gym. If you live in an apartment you SHOULD have your own home exercise bike. You all know I recommend the Schwinn AD6 exercise bike with hand grips (upper body cardio enabled machine). But you can just buy a legs only exercise bike if you prefer.

If you are serious about your fitness, your lifespan, and your HEALTHSPAN, definitely, definitely, definitely get a home exercise bike.

Just get one new off of Amazon. Receive it within a week and start building your cardio at home. I also recommend everyone have 2.5 lb plates for doing dynamic shoulder mobility warm up and home throughout the week. I also swing a fungo baseball bat to keep my shoulder loose.
