High Reps, Low Weight. Sets of 20-50

Lately I have been trying to get my conditioning and fitness back on track as we do. I have been doing sets of 20-50 with a MAXIMUM weight of 95 lbs on the bar.

I will do these four exercises: Squat, RDL, Bent Over Row, and Bench Press.

Lately my pull ups have gone from 2-3 back up to 6. I am on my way back to 10 pull ups and higher.

I got fatty and lost muscle in my last 18 month no lifting experiment. I became somewhat “detrained”.

Doing high reps with low weight (95 lbs) has been working great for getting me back on track running etc.

It is good conditioning and feels great.

I was very sore and stiff, but this reconstruction process is what allows the body to heal and start replacing fat cells with muscle and otherwise flushing the body. I believe the process is called “phagocystosis”. Regeneration and regenesis. Excellent results.

I will be continuing with the weight conditioning, running, and pull ups. Things are going well again!
