Mixed/Split Grip for Bent Over Row

When doing your bent over rows, you want to use a mixed grip. Underhand grip on the left, overhand grip on the right. Alternate which hand is under hand on each set to build muscle symmetry.

This is a huge hack for getting a bigger bent over row. This will greatly increase your stability and power and help you get stronger with a bigger pump.
