I have definitely not worked out in a couple days. Letting the body recover and just reset.

I found a great way to train shoulders and to build up your non-dominant hitting side if you are a baseball player.

It is called mace training. You basically hold a baseball bat but put your hands behind your head. The end of the bat will be just above the back of your belt if you have you hands in the right position. Then you just swing the bat side to side.

I apologize for my crappy stick figure drawing but you hold you hands behind your head. Your elbows should be bent. Then swing the bat from side to side.

The next level of this exercise is to bring the bat in front of your torso with your hands at your waist. You should end up doing circles around your head.

This exercise is the key to building up your shoulders, so you can do bigger bench presses and have maximum mobility for your shoulder joint.
